Afrikan American men face many challenges living in a racially-conscious society. Meeting such challenges often reduces men’s sense of self-worth and power. This presentation helps men address these challenges in order to be real men who respect women, love their children and build better communities. The drum is used as a device to call the men to action.

Self-Discipline: Ways of Awakening the Spirit of a Conscious Man
This presentation restores the power of be disciplined and driven to succeed beyond all odds. Afrikan American men living is a racially-conscious society can become spiritually bankrupt. They often attempt to “respiritualize” through excessive alcohol consumption, illicit drug usage and indiscriminate sexual activity. Because these modalities are unable to assist the men with what they are seeking, we have developed this presentation to facilitate Afrikan American men with living life powerfully through spiritual development.
Fatherhood
Fatherhood vs. Fathers in the Hood
Providing the genetic material for a child does not mean that one is truly a father. The workshop helps men to be more than sperm donors through reconnecting them with the power of Fatherhood. Men are shown how to be both present and available for their children and their mates physically, emotionally, spiritually, intellectually and financially.
